While there have been plenty of rumors about her dating life since then – including reports she was romancing Yellowstone actor Kevin Costner – a source now claims the actress is putting in a lot of effort to keep her relationship status on the down low.
Speaking to Star Magazine, a source says Reese is interested is finding love again but believes it’s best for everyone if she keeps potential love interests out of the public eye.

Reese Reportedly Wants To Find Love Again
“[She’s] feeling it's not fair to the guy, who might be on a first date or second date and suddenly has nosy friends asking him to define the relationship,” the insider explained. "So, she's decided to date in secret.”
“She's not ready to jump into a relationship with both feet, but she's agreed to let friends fix her up and they usually meet at the friend's place,” they continued. “You won't be seeing her out and about with a guy unless she feels he's a keeper."
Just last month, a report by Us Weekly echoed a similar sentiment, explaining that Reese sees herself walking down the aisle again, for the right person.
“Reese hasn’t been out on too many dates, but she’s been set up with a few friends of friends,” a source told the publication, adding that the actress is “taking things very slowly.”

Though the actress hasn’t gone public with anyone since her divorce, there was speculation at the end of last year that she was romancing Kevin Costner.
“Kevin’s had his eye on Reese ever since she won her Oscar, but he didn’t count on finding her absolutely charming as hell,” a source told New Idea. “They’ve been calling and texting on the pretence of finding the perfect script, but it’s becoming almost a daily occurrence.”
“He and Reese are always careful to not be seen together but as soon as his Horizon commitments are done, they may be more relaxed about being seen together in public,” they continued. “It’s still very early days.”
Ultimately, however, the speculation promoted Reese’s representative to issue a statement denying the dating rumors. Kevin now appears to be dating singer Jewel, while Reese is keeping her dating life out of the spotlight.
